Edward is a Founder Partner of Juno Capital, an investor in early stage technology companies. He has led a number of seed investments into healthcare companies including Sky Medical, Biotronics3D, Domainex, Calon Cardio and Destiny Pharma (listed on AiM in 2017). More recently his investment focus has been in enterprise software and currently sits on the board of Cloud.IQ.
Edward is a Chartered Accountant and a PPE graduate from Oxford University.
After academic research Keith had a long spell with ICI/Zeneca/Astra Zeneca Keith moved to the USA and led Maxygen’s small molecule group, then returned to the UK and worked for several years in BBSF a university challenge fund. Later he was CEO of Polytherics (later Abzena) and Domainex and went on to be chairman of Domainex and Canbex among others. At present he is Chairman of Intract and Oppilotech.
Ron is a co-founder and investment partner of Longbow. Ron provides management assistance to portfolio companies, while reviewing new business opportunities and investment portfolios. Ron has acted as the Managing Director of the Boots Centre for Innovation and CEO of CyDen Ltd. Ron is the Investor Director at Calon Cardio and Ambicare. Ron possesses more than four decades of industrial management experience. He spent over 20 years with Armstrong World Industries, managing global businesses from its London base. In 1992, Ron began to specialise in turning under performing or early stage companies into profitable and valued concerns. Examples of companies with which he has been involved in this way include Insituform Group Ltd., Bridon plc, Brunel Holdings plc, Oystertec plc. and NanoBeam Ltd.
George has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. His responsibilities have included both business and technical leadership in the acquisition and development of novel medical device technologies. He has been responsible for the pre-clinical marketing of new drug delivery technologies to medical opinion leaders and major pharmaceutical companies. This has included collaboration with business and clinical partners in the design and co-ordination of pre-clinical studies.
George has been granted several US and international patents for medical devices for drug delivery and minimally invasive surgery. He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Lawrence National Centre for Policy and Management. George serves as Executive Chairman of the Trudell Medical Limited* Board of Directors.
In addition to his role at Trudell, George is a Director of Vanrx Pharmasystems Inc., Sensory Technologies, Mozzaz Corporation, and Sky Medical Technology Inc. He is also founder and President of Perfuse Medtec Inc. a Canadian medical device market development company.
Gerald is the Chief Executive Officer of Trudell Medical Limited, a global diversified medical device company with operations in respiratory care, minimal invasive surgery, medical device distribution and home oxygen. He was formerly President and CEO of Cuddy International Corporation, an international poultry company.
Gerald is a graduate of Western University Ivey School of Business and began his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. After obtaining his CA, he left to pursue entrepreneurial ambitions. He acquired a small company and built it into the largest provider of private label roadside assistance in Canada and brought nurse-based telehealth to Canada. Gerald was also a founding partner and Chair of Technology Investment Management Corporation, which managed a venture capital fund focused on early stage technology. He is currently on the Board of several companies including EllisDon Corporation where he is Chair of the Board, Sky Medical Technology Limited, Mozzaz Corporation and others.
Chris is a serial financial entrepreneur. He co- founded the following financial organizations: Carnegie International Limited, a stockbroking firm with offices in the UK and Continental Europe; Bayard Partners, a hedge fund, and Caliburn Capital Partners, a fund of hedge funds. He is co-founder of Pure Sports Medicine, a leader in sports and musculoskeletal medicine in the UK and remains a director. He was a producer on the refugee film IN ANOTHER LIFE (Winner Best UK Film Raindance 2017; Discovery Award at the British Independent Film Awards 2017) and is executive producer of the comedy film EATEN BY LIONS. He holds an MA in Classics from Corpus Christi College Cambridge.
